User Error: We do not provide refunds for wraps that were applied incorrectly or damaged during the installation process. We recommend following our application guides carefully for the best result.
Incorrect Details: As stated in our Terms and Conditions, no refunds will be issued if the customer provided incorrect or incomplete device details or shipping information.
